Service Cancellations
Monthly Retainers: You may cancel your monthly management service by providing 30 days’ notice in writing to help@vyapkart.com.
One-Time Projects: For services like Logo Design, Website Development, or Account Onboarding, cancellations made after work has commenced will be subject to a partial charge based on the percentage of work completed.
Refund Eligibility
Service Fees: Since Vyapkart provides professional services (labor-intensive), we generally do not offer full refunds once work has started.
Account Reconciliation: Fees for reconciliation services are based on recovered amounts or fixed tasks and are non-refundable once the audit is complete.
Ad Spend: Any payments made directly to marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) are non-refundable through Vyapkart, as these funds are paid to the respective platforms.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us within 7 days of the deliverable. We are committed to “Your growth as our only metric” and will offer revisions or corrective actions as per the initial agreement to ensure your satisfaction.
