Client Responsibilities
Access: You agree to provide the necessary access to your marketplace seller accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and website backends.
Information Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of product data, pricing, and inventory information provided to us.
Compliance: You must ensure that the products you sell comply with the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are billed as per the agreed-upon package (monthly retainer, one-time setup, or commission-based).
Invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.
